The way employers will do business with regards to employing people \u00a0will change significantly since The Labour Relations Amendment Act that came into effect on 1 January 2015.\u00a0 Our September newsletter, written by our alliance partner and labour law specialist, Justine del Monte, focuses on three substantial changes that affect smaller businesses.<\/p>\n

Legislation is changing continuously that makes it difficult to keep up with while still trying to run a business.\u00a0 Not only is legislation changing, but through the CCMA, there have also been a number of landmark judgments through the courts.\u00a0 For this reason, it is highly recommended that companies engage the services of labour lawyers to manage the relationship and legalities between themselves and their employees.<\/p>\n
