Our first business growth diagnostic is the “Business Review”, an overall review of the current business covering the business’s existing resources, business planning, products, services and marketing and human resources.  From the results, our BAN advisors are able to identify key areas that require attention before growth plans are put in place to make sure that all business areas have a solid foundation on which to grow.

Our second business growth diagnostic is “Budgeting”, sometimes called forecasts or projections.  Growth of a business requires funding.  The importance of preparing financial growth projections and cash flow projections to establish how much funding you will need to grow your business cannot be expressed highly enough. A business cannot grow faster than its cash flow allows.   Failing to plan is planning to fail.  Our diagnostics determines your skill level in creating a budget or forecasts, the important link between the business owner and the financial projections, understanding the difference between cash and profits, regularly monitoring the budget and your employees’ role or involvement in the projections.
