Russell is a registered Professional Accountant (SA) with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA). He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree from UNISA and has worked in the professional accounting, tax and advisory profession for over 15 years. Recently Russell was employed by Grant Thornton for 5 years and later Mazars for 2 years in their Business Services departments, before joining BAN as an independent home based franchisee in February 2015 as an independent single operator franchisee. During his time in the profession he gained extensive experience in a broad variety of business enterprises and a thorough knowledge of all statutory compliance requirements.
