Elize obtained a BA (Political Science) at Stellenbosch; B Compt (Unisa); Post graduate diploma in Tax Law (Stellenbosch); Post graduate diploma in Programme and Project management (Cranefield) and M Development Finance (Stellenbosch).
She did her articles at a medium-sized firm in Stellenbosch.
Her work experience includes local government, state owned entity project and financial management which included agricultural and SME development projects and SME business and financial services over various sectors for several years before joining BAN in May 2019.
