Janine's career commenced in a large auditing firm as a data capturer of manual accounting books onto large mainframe computer software designed specifically for the registered auditing profession, as well as typing of financial statements.  After completing her studies, she progressed to bookkeeper in the bookkeeping and accounting department of the same auditing firm, where she was trained by her department manager, and remained in this position for 8 years, during which she managed a large and varied client bookkeeping portfolio to financial statements.

Janine left the auditing profession to join commerce in a bookkeeping position at a pharmacy where she gained further experience for 7 years. She joined Business Accounting Network in May 2003.
